Case Study 1 - Falkland Islands Development Corporation Restructure

Over 8 months of 2008/9 Tom Cosh, on behalf of the Island Government restructured the core business processes of the Falkland Islands State Economic Development Agency (including its risk and project management, HR, budget and investment management policies ). He re-drafted the Corporations new business plan, re-engaged and repositioned the agency's relationships and service confidence profile with key stakeholders, introduced new accounting and performance management  systems, restructured its trading business units and rationalised the Corporation's project portfolio.
